SORRY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If your order is incorrect or there’s been human error we will rectify the issue. The claim should be made within 7 days of the receipt date. Contact us at cuecosmetics@gmail.com. Please allow 7-15 business days to process any returns.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete. Your tracking information will be sent via email when your order has been processed. Please check your junk mail before contacting us cuecosmetics@gmail.com

Taxes and Duties

All international orders may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by your country’s custom department upon arrival. When ordering from cuecosmetics.ca the recipient is responsible for these import fees and should comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
